Based on site at Ironbark, reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager, your key responsibility as a Mechanical Shift Engineer is to coordinate all planned maintenance activities and unplanned activities to ensure shift safety and production targets are delivered.

Based on site at Ironbark No.1, reporting to the SSE, the Technical Services Manager is a pivotal role that forms part of our high-performing Site Leadership Team. Leading a multi-disciplined team of Surveyors, Geologists, Mining Engineers, Gas Drainage and Ventilation SMEs, you will be responsible for the delivery of all site based technical services support to the Ironbark mine. You will be accountable for leading your team to deliver short, medium and long term mine planning and design activities including the development of plans to maximise mine operations. Under your supervision, your team will also be responsible for surveying, ventilation and gas drainage and geological deliverables ensuring optimisation and process improvements are front of mind.

Reporting to the CFO, the Supply Superintendent is the primary point of contact for Fitzroy Supply for communications in and out of the Supply function including the management and monitoring of new supplier requests, new stock item requests, expediting, inventory management and the internal coordination of daily operational Supply function activities. Whilst you will be based on site at Carborough Downs, you and your team of Storepersons and Inventory Specialists will also support Fitzroy’s sister operations including Ironbark, Broadlea and our centralised CHPP.

Reporting to the General Manager – Surface Operations and working closely under the guidance of your functional lead based in Brisbane, as Environmental Superintendent, you will take ownership of site environmental compliance for the Carborough Downs, CHPP and Broadlea operations. Your role will provide leadership on environment obligation management, meeting regulatory conditions and compliance, approval applications, community engagement, and associated support for our operations. This is a pivotal leadership role with a dynamic, evolving and diverse mining organisation that will provide you with the opportunity to influence and drive strategy through to practical outcomes.

Based on site at Carborough Downs, and reporting to the Health, Safety, Training & Risk Manager, as our Workplace Trainer, you will deliver training to and assessment of our site workforce as well as provide training support and direction ensuring compliance with internal and external training requirements.

As a frontline leader, you will be responsible for the day to day functioning and performance of the crew. You will effectively manage people and equipment to carry out planned work activities. This role also has statutory obligations.

You will be working in either Development, Outbye, Longwall or Bord and Pillar.

Based on site at Ironbark No.1 and reporting to the Health, Safety, Training & Risk Manager, as our Document Controller, you will be responsible for the administration of the Document Control System, associated processes and maintaining the documents on the SHMS database. You will also manage the data collection of reported incidents and hazards, JSO’s Actions Register
