Reporting to the CHPP Maintenance Superintendent, as CHPP Maintenance Planner/Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and supervising preventative maintenance and condition monitoring activities. This is a frontline leadership role where you will coordinate breakdown maintenance and major component change outs and planned overhauls within the CHPP mobile and fixed plant equipment, whilst ensuring both personal and maintenance teams comply with Fitzroy’s’ Health & Safety Management System.

As a frontline leader, the ERZ Lead/Undermanager is responsible for the day-to-day functioning and performance of the crew. You will effectively manage people and equipment to carry out planned work activities. This role also has statutory obligations.

Forming part of the Compliance Team at Ironbark No. 1 Mine, the primary purpose of the Emergency Response Coordinator is to manage and coordinate site emergency response requirements including undertaking inspections, facilitating resources, implementing processes to ensure compliance and capability for both surface and underground operations. The role will also include development and delivery of emergency response exercises.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Development Superintendent to join our management team at Ironbark No 1 underground coal mine. This role is pivotal in overseeing and optimising day to day underground mining operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of safety, production, budget, and environmental targets, whilst maintaining compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outbye Coordinator to join our team at Ironbark No 1 Underground Coal Mine. Reporting to the Outbye Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling mining activities within Outbye Operations, ensuring the delivery of a safe, productive and efficient mining environment.

We currently have multiple exciting and rewarding opportunities at Carborough Downs in Bord & Pillar for experienced Operators and Miner Drivers. You will be reporting to the ERZ Controller and be responsible to work towards production targets safely and support efficiencies in all associated functions whilst undertaking relevant tasks. You will be involved in the preparation, planning and timely executive of daily work as issued from the approved weekly schedules.

We are seeking experienced Underground Mechanical Fitters to join our team at Fitzroy’s Carborough Downs and Ironbark No.1 mine sites. You will work in either Development, Outbye, or Bord & Pillar areas.

Our Ironbark No 1 operation is on the hunt for a dedicated Diesel Workshop Coordinator. The role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our diesel fleet and ancillary equipment. This role will be pivotal in ensuring out machinery stays in peak condition to support day-to-day operations.
