(Coal) Marketing & Logistics Analyst
Based in our Brisbane Head Office, we are seeking a highly Marketing & Logistics Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the end-to-end coordination of coal shipments, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Working closely with the Manager – Marketing Operations, you will collaborate across supply chain partners, CHPP teams, and logistics providers to ensure smooth and accurate execution of shipping activities. Your analytical skills will support forecasting, planning, and reporting, helping to drive informed business decisions.
Shift Engineer (Electrical)
Based on site at Ironbark No.1, reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, your key responsibility as Shift Engineer is to coordinate all planned maintenance activities and unplanned activities to ensure shift safety and production targets are delivered.
Underground Emergency Response Coordinator (Coal)
Forming part of the Compliance Team at Ironbark No. 1 Mine, the primary purpose of the Emergency Response Coordinator is to manage and coordinate site emergency response requirements including undertaking inspections, facilitating resources, implementing processes to ensure compliance and capability for both surface and underground operations. The role will also include development and delivery of emergency response exercises.
Mechanical Fitters – Underground Coal
We are seeking experienced Underground Mechanical Fitters to join our team at Fitzroy’s Carborough Downs and Ironbark No.1 mine sites. You will work in either Development, Outbye, or Bord & Pillar areas.
Electricians – Underground Coal
We are currently offering exciting and rewarding opportunities for experienced Underground Electricians at Fitzroy’s Carborough Downs and Ironbark No.1 mine sites. You will have the opportunity to work in various areas, including Development, Outbye, Longwall, or Bord and Pillar.
Underground Deputies / ERZ Controllers
As a frontline leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning and performance of the crew. You will effectively manage people and equipment to carry out planned work activities. This role also has statutory obligations.
Mechanical Coordinator – Longwall
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent at Ironbark No.1, the Mechanical Longwall Coordinator primarily focuses on coordinating and planning mechanical maintenance activities, allocating personnel and equipment to activities, and reporting outcomes to achieve production and maintenance targets. All this needs to be achieved whilst complying with safety, production, budgetary and environmental objectives.
Mechanical Coordinator – Outbye
Reporting to the Mechanical Superintendent at Ironbark No.1, the Mechanical Outbye Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance and establishment of the underground infrastructure.
Electrical Coordinator – Development
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the electrical maintenance activities within Development Operations to ensure a safe and productive mining environment is maintained.
Human Resources Superintendent
The Human Resources (HR) Superintendent will lead and oversee all HR functions for Fitzroy Australia Resources the soon to be commissioned (March 2025), Ironbark No1 underground coal mine operation in Queensland. As a new mine the HR Superintendent will play a vital role in shaping the future of the workforce by supporting the development of a positive culture and engaged workforce. This role is responsible for implementing HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, standards and procedures. The HR Superintendent will play a key role as part of a wider HR team developing Group HR Strategy, Policy and Standards and HRIS while ensuring site alignment with the overall strategic goals of the business.
Electrical Coordinator – Longwall
Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the electrical maintenance activities within Longwall Operations to ensure a safe and productive mining environment is maintained.
Development Superintendent
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Development Superintendent to join our management team at Ironbark No 1 underground coal mine. This role is pivotal in overseeing and optimising day to day underground mining operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of safety, production, budget, and environmental targets, whilst maintaining compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
